Andrew founded Intrepid Finance Partners in 2015 After running the Broking business for Optima Group since 2011. Prior to this Andrew had worked in the banking industry since 1996 in various roles in credit and relationship management for business banking/corporate clients. He has over 25 years experience with all types of finance from car loans, home loans, business lending up to development finance.

Michael joined Interpid in 2025, having been the Founder of Noble Financial Services (“Noble”) in 2003 and was the driving force behind the business. Prior to Noble his background was commercial finance, which proved invaluable time & time again, but also his passion for helping people that has resulted in many clients achieving their goals, whether purchasing their first home, Investment property or expanding their business.
It is his energy and focus that led the Noble team to continually strive for better outcomes for clients with over fifty years’ experience in finance, business and banking sectors, Michael’s astute understanding of the options available makes him a formidable partner for clients in the pursuit of their goals.
